This month’s Outstanding Member is someone you want on your side in an emergency. She is constantly thinking of others and in a crisis, fills needs!  Kelsey Dean, Area 43 Director, jumped in, volunteered to teach at TLI this season and got rave reviews! She helped when there was a need and didn’t hesitate to ask, “What can I do?”
