Pathways
Pathways provides members with an exciting, interactive learning experience based on over 300 core competences that can be tailored to your personal and professional goals. Progress in Toastmasters learning is a journey of self-development. Pathways will help you reach your potential.
Your journey begins by logging into the Toastmasters International website. After you login and take your assessment, you can begin on your recommended path or select a different path. You can research the paths by using the links in Research the Pathways Paths below (made accessible by District 4) .
If you have questions regarding Pathways, please be sure to reach out to your Basecamp manager (e.g., Vice President Education) or other club officers. If they do not know the answer contact the District’s Pathways Coordinator or your Area Director, Division Director or District Trio. Any of them will be happy to help you with any of your questions.
Do you have goals that you need to complete in the Traditional Program?
On February 13, 2018, Pathways began in District 25. From that date until June 30, 2010, any individual who was a member prior to that date can continue to complete their goals in the Traditional Program. After June 2020, the Traditional Program will no longer be accessible. Until then your trio wants to help you achieve your goals. Do you need an opportunity to present an extended speech? Do you need an opportunity for your 12-month credit for District Service? Do you need more speaking opportunities? Reach out to your Area Directors, Division Directors, or your District Trio and they can help you find those opportunities. Why not take advantage of Pathways WHILE you continue to work in the Traditional Program? That is an excellent way to continue working toward your goals while becoming a resource for your clubs.
