These are not new questions, and there are many answers for them. Here is where you can find people and resources that can help you get the answers to these and many more questions you may have about club growth, club building, and membership building.
The Club Growth Director, and their team, are responsible for all these areas. In addition, they make the benefits of Toastmasters membership available to greater numbers of people. Plan, develop, implement, and direct district marketing objectives. Develop and direct programs for new club development, club rescue efforts, club membership promotion, and membership retention.
