Does your club have news to share about club events or members?

Submit your stories and photos for publication in Hot Topics and D25 News here.

  • The text of your submission can be pasted directly into an email or can be in an attached Word document. However, we prefer that you not add a lot of fancy formatting as we can’t transfer that directly to our publishing software.
  • Photos should be sent as attachments to the email. Pictures showing children will not be posted.
  • Short submissions are more likely to be read by our audience. Under 400 words is our standard for club news and most articles.
  • The Hot Topics newsletter is sent out on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Please send submissions by 5pm of the Sunday before.

Hot Topics is for disseminating news and information from and about District 25, its clubs, and its members (Toastmasters-related items only). In harmony with Toastmasters International policy, Hot Topics is not to be used for solicitation and distribution of non-Toastmasters material or information.
