Have you ever felt like you aren’t enough? Like you aren’t the right person for the job? I heard a term at the Leadership Retreat, “imposter syndrome.” This term refers to the feeling that you are an imposter and are not capable of the position you hold.

I am here to tell you that YOU are enough! In Toastmasters, we gain skills that are valuable in life outside of the Club or District. You are on a journey of continual self-improvement and you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to!

Your Division and Area Directors took part in an intensive leadership training in June and they are ready to help your club be the best it can be! Lean on them this year!  They are the right people for the job! Then, let’s all celebrate as your club hits goals all year long!
