The key word for October’s Outstanding Member is consistency. Randy Hickerson joined Waco Early Birds in 1985 and has been a member in good standing ever since. His continuous support of this club has been revealed in his service to the club as an officer, a repeat helper at contests as Sergeant-at-Arms, and by helping provide the meeting location at his workplace. Up early on Wednesdays since this club meets at 7:00 am, his never-failing smile greets visitors and members alike. His evaluations are supportive and encouraging. Thank you, Randy for being a pillar of this club and demonstrating the core values of Toastmasters. Congratulations.
