The other day I was visiting one of my area clubs. During the meeting the guests were introduced and low and behold there was an international toastmaster from India visiting the meeting. This person comes from a toastmaster family so while in the area he plans to attend this local meeting. He is already planning to give his home club in India some ideas to change up their meeting with things he saw at this meeting.

I did a similar thing a few weeks back when I found out our company HQ now has a toastmaster club. While I was there for the week, I attended there club meeting and passed along some suggests they might use.

We are one big family and all have unique ways of running meetings. Visiting other meetings help the family to add variations to our meetings to help keep them fun, educational, and not boring.
