Come one, come all, to the “Greatest Show on Earth!”
Yes, it’s D25’s Fall Conference on November 16 and 17! This will be a “Show” you will be talking about for years to come.
International President John Lau will be our special guest and keynote speaker for the Saturday Awards Luncheon. Other outstanding speakers will include Merrie Spaeth, who will be speaking at the Saturday Breakfast.
Merrie is the founder and president of Spaeth Communications, Inc., a company known for its superior and innovative training in communication. Our own Verna Jacobs will be inspiring us on Saturday night, just before the DTM ceremony. There will also be a total of nine valuable educational sessions (including one by Merrie Spaeth).
In addition, there will be ample opportunities to network with fellow Toastmasters, which is one of the top reasons to attend. Our hospitality suite this year will be large and easily accessible (on the mezzanine level). There will be plenty of room to mix and mingle, make new friends, and enjoy being with old friends!
You will also have the opportunity to see excellent speech evaluations at the District Evaluation Contest on Friday night, and you will laugh hysterically on Saturday afternoon during the Humorous Speech Contest. Our district’s top performers will be showcased for all to enjoy and learn from.
I look forward to seeing you at the Fall Conference. Be there for the “Greatest Show on Earth!”
