An Evening with Two World Champions

What an amazing opportunity for our members! Two World Champions of Public Speaking, David Brooks and Jock Elliott, are coming to the DFW area for “An Evening with Two World Champions.” We will have the opportunity to learn in two hours what they have taught more than 200,000 communicators. A First Timer’s Impressions

United Communicators Celebrates 28 Years!

United Communicators Toastmasters in Arlington celebrated its 28th Anniversary on Tuesday, April 28th. The theme was “It Takes a Team” which is also the District 25 theme for 2014-2015. The decorations recognized local sports teams with special emphasis on the Texas Rangers who have played in Arlington since 1972. New District Leader Titles

New District Leader Titles Will be Effective for the 2015-2016 Toastmasters Year Toastmasters International continues to review our organization’s programs and operating procedures in an effort to improve our organization as we move forward. Wild About Toastmasters!

ICE Breakers are wild about Toastmasters and used that as the theme for its spring open house on April 2, 2015. Club members and 8 guests dined on snake sandwiches, twigs, gorilla grub, elephant peanuts, swamp dip, zebra cakes, animal crackers, and jungle juice. Two club members gave awesome speeches and the best part is that one of the guests volunteered to answer a Table Topics question!
