If you are the President or Secretary of your club, you have a vote at the upcoming International Business Meeting. This may be your first time, and you have no idea what to do with that vote. You can find all the details here.

Maybe you know you won’t be able to attend the virtual business meeting on August 28. Maybe you don’t feel comfortable casting your vote; you just don’t know enough about the process. That’s okay. You can assign your vote to our very own District Director, Chris Raneri. BUT, you must do that NOW. All proxies must be assigned by August 18. As Club President or Club Secretary, you assign your proxy through Club Central at www.toastmasters.org.

Have you been assigned a proxy and don’t know what to do with it? That’s an easy fix. Contact Chris at chrisraneri@d25toastmasters.org, let him know that you hold a vote or proxy, and he will invite you to a zoom call. Chris, Ninfa, and Marcheta have interviewed the candidates, and have more information on the proposals that are up for a vote. That zoom call can help you understand the issues and the process.

This is your opportunity to have a voice at the International level of our organization. Your vote does count, but only if it’s cast in time. Don’t miss out. The time to act is NOW.
