Toastmasters’ Distinguished Club Program has three levels of recognition.
The first level of recognition is Distinguished. Five of the ten DCP goals must be met and the club must have sufficient members.
The second level of recognition is Select Distinguished, which requires meeting the membership goals and seven of the ten DCP goals.
The third level of recognition is President’s Distinguished. In addition to the membership requirements, nine of the ten DCP goals must be met.
According to the TI website, as of June 18, 2017, District 25 has 56 Distinguished clubs.
