Relaying a humorous story about a company hike in the mountains of Austria that turned out to be far more challenging than expected for flat-lander-Texas legs. This presentation draws parallels between that climb to the summit and her Toastmasters journey. The climb can be both fun and challenging. We need the team as well as our own grit to reach the summit.
