Chuck and Terry Mencke donated an amazing prize package of Toastmasters International manuals and branded materials to the District Conference, including

  • all advanced manuals, 
  • Competent Communicator manual,
  • Competent Leader manual,
  • Toastmasters International timing cards, and
  • Toastmasters International timing watch.
A drawing was held during the District Conference. Every club who had a member register for the District Conference was entered in the drawing.


The winning club was announced on Saturday night at the Conference.

HRC Texas Toasters were the winners.
