At the end of each calendar year, Toastmasters World Headquarters conducts inventory. During this time, orders cannot be placed online or via fax, mail or email. Please plan ahead and request the following before 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on December 20:  This includes orders for:

  • Supply orders
  • New member applications and kits
  • Charter kits
  • Education award certificates (including free manuals from the Advanced Communication Series)
  • District orders

Orders submitted by the deadline will be processed and shipped promptly. Orders submitted afterDec. 20 will be processed beginning January 2.
