Two Weeks Remaining in the 2014-2015 Toastmasters Year

The past 11½ months as District Governor have been memorable!  They have been filled with planning, training leaders, speech contests, district conferences, assisting clubs, personal growth and enjoying the companionship of fellow District 25 members.

As a district, we still have work to do to meet the critical success factors set by Toastmasters International to achieve Distinguished District status.

Our Newest Club – Smooth Talkers

We need more new/renewed clubs and additional clubs to reach distinguished club status.  We can reach our goals if all of you will continue to help!

If you need to renew members to keep your club in good status, or to add to your membership, please don’t delay!  Entering memberships online (via club central) is the easiest way to get information recorded in a timely fashion.

If your club has not yet reached distinguished status, PLEASE focus on achieving that status in the next 14 days. (By June 30)

Chase A-Team

 If a member needs to give more speeches to complete an educational requirement, schedule it to happen or encourage that member to arrange with another club to be a guest speaker.  If someone needs to serve in a meeting role to complete a CL, make that happen! Perhaps hold a special meeting to provide more opportunities to complete projects. Find ways to add the last few members needed to meet the membership qualifier.  Help another club by attending meetings and support their efforts to turn guests into members.

A positive membership experience is vital. If our clubs are growing and achieving educational goals, everyone’s experience should be a positive one.

District 25 has an awesome TEAM (all of you) and I trust you will work together to finish the last few days of this year in a strong fashion!
