ICE Breakers‘ Open House on Dec. 5 also served as their
5-year anniversary celebration!

                                        
 

 Not only was Dec. 5, 2013 proclaimed as ICE Breakers Toastmasters Day by the City of Irving, but the club also received a special recognition from the Governor of Texas.
