As a speaker, Timothy has an appeal that transcends age, race, culture, and occupation. Tim is the product of an amazing life story, overcoming what would have been life ending obstacles for most. He then moved on to have a phenomenal career in the contact center industry as an industry analyst.  An incredible thing happened amid those herculean life challenges. Instead of allowing those circumstances to be an excuse and settling for average, Tim instead committed himself to studying the super elite across every walk of life.  That quest led to his unraveling the mystery of how top performers battled, overcame, and transcended from average to dream life level.

Tim is actively involved in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Joppa Lodge #62 F&AM- PHA; FT. Worth Consistory 281- PHA; and N.A.A.C.P Denton Unit. He also volunteers in numerous charitable organizations to give back to the communities that shaped him into the man he has become. He uses his speaking platform to encourage, empower, and uplift others to continue persevering as it gets greater later.

Professionally, Tim has held leadership positions in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. He is available as a Mentor, Performance Coach, Training Facilitator, and Keynote Speaker and, of course, will gladly speak to the benefits of Toastmasters and how it has been instrumental in his personal and professional growth and development.
