Notice of the Annual Meeting of the District Council

and District Executive Committee

All voting members MUST check in at the
Credentials Desk before 10:00 am

Credentials Desk Hours and Location
Friday 4:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m. – Grand Atrium
Saturday 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. – Galleria 

Candidates’ Showcase – 9:00 am-10:15 am, Galleria

All nominated and floor candidates for elected district office will be
given equal time to be interviewed based on questions related to the
achievement of the district mission. All members are encouraged to
attend, particularly those carrying votes to the district council meeting.
