Hybrid District Council Meetings, Campaigns & Election Guidelines – 3/1/21

District 25 District Council Annual Business Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting on:
Saturday May 15, 2021 at 10:20 am

Attend in-person:

Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake Hotel – Grand Ballroom

1301 Solana Blvd Building 3, Westlake, TX 76262

Attend Virtually:

Candidates’ Showcase – 8:20 a.m.

(All nominated and floor candidates for elected district office will be

given equal time to be interviewed based on questions related to the

achievement of the district mission. All members are encouraged to

attend, particularly those carrying votes to the district council meeting.)

Other important dates and information:

*No proxies are permitted for the
District 25 Council Annual Business
Meeting being held as a hybrid meeting*

 All votes will be collected using an online process through Election Buddy

All District Council members must register in Zoom to receive their ballot

Credential and Registration Process:
1 – April 30th – You will receive an email for >
2 – May 8th – Registration to Zoom meeting closes
3 – May 15th – 8:30 AM – join Zoom Candidate Showcase to meet candidates
4 – May 15th about 10:15 AM – receive ballots via email from Election Buddy
5 – May 15th – Annual Business meeting starts at 10:30

It should be noted that all are invited, but only members of the
District Council have a vote.
