Been there! Done that! Bought the T-shirt!  This is what the Outstanding Member for February brings to the table. Their vast knowledge regarding Toastmasters, the Toastmaster Learning Institute (TLI), and everything in between has been a valuable tool for the Trio to use when we needed it.

They have been quick to share their knowledge about being a club officer by spending their “free” time volunteering to train at multiple Winter TLI sessions.  Often, they provided feedback that has helped a fellow trainer; even sharing material for sessions they were not actually training.  The Trio was also able to gain additional insight on how to improve the General Session.

Even as a seasoned trainer, this month’s Outstanding Member attended all of the walk-through meetings to make sure they could provide the best training for our members.  I take great pride in announcing that the Outstanding Member for February is Past District Director, Distinguished Toastmaster Jodie Sanders.

Thank you for continuing to impart your wisdom on all of the members of the district.  Your dedication has not gone unnoticed and we appreciate you very much. On behalf of the Trio (and Emily), congratulations!
