The Pathways Learning Experience became the only game in town on July 1, 2020.  Whether you are new to Toastmasters or an experienced member who is finally engaging with Pathways, Pathways projects help us develop real-world, relevant skills.  The practical, flexible programs can help you in your career, personal life, or Toastmasters.  Your learning experience is personalized on every Path by choosing from a variety of electives.  You can easily access your Pathways projects from the internet anytime, anywhere.  Every project can be downloaded in pdf format, then printed, for those of us who still love our paper. 

For many this will be a new experience, accessing their educational material online.  As with any change, individuals may feel resistance, hesitation, confusion, or frustration.  Club members may be slow to adopt the program or challenged navigating their Path.  If you have any of these feelings or your club has challenges, we have a solution for you.  We can provide one-on-one coaching, direct you to relevant resources, or present to your club directly to address any concerns with Pathways.
