I move that District 25’s Outstanding Member of the month is our District Parliamentarian, Michael Kinser.  Because he has worked behind the screens to make sure that both our virtual Business Meetings this year have run correctly according to Robert’s Rules and Toastmasters International policies.  He worked tirelessly in the weeks leading up to the events to educate and help guide the leadership in crafting a script as well as being on the spot with help during the meetings where the pressure was on.

There is no second needed as the motion is from a committee.

The ayes have it.  The motion passes and I declare Michael Kinser the District 25 Outstanding Member of the Month!  Congratulations!
