Felicia faced life “head on”. Whether in the corporate environment, organizations she was involved with or in her personal life, Felicia generously did “what needed to be done” plus much more!
Felicia’s Toastmasters journey began as a Charter Member of USB Texas Toast when the club formed in 2011. True to Felicia’s inquisitive spirit, she asked questions and explored the possibilities Toastmasters offered. After participating in her first Area Speech Contest, she announced that she loved contests. After her first District Conference, she had a plan to attain her DTM in record time.

Felicia was truly a gem to all she knew. She generously helped wherever needed. She served with humility and never failed to have a warm, friendly smile. In her leadership roles, she supported those she supervised empowering them to grow as they tried new things. She was willing to participate in all types of district promotional activities. She will be especially remembered for her fun-loving way of participating in the conference announcement skits. She wasn’t afraid to laugh with others or at herself. Her enthusiasm was contagious.

Felicia and I shared much on our Toastmasters journey. A treasured friendship was built along the way. She will be remembered for her cheerful, beautiful spirit, her contagious inner joy, and her beautiful smile. She contributed much to many. No Job was too big to tackle and everything was done with grace.
District 25 is better for having had Felicia as a member, mentor, and leader. I am extremely fortunate to have had her as my friend.
She is still with us through memories held in our hearts.
