The Toastmaster Club distinguishes our organization from other communication and leadership programs. It is the method of delivery for learning and practicing our communication and leadership skills.
Each club should remain focused on having consistently excellent meetings that provide an environment for achieving the club’s goals. Creating such a club culture will ensure individual and group success.
If you have strong meetings, people will come! Invite everyone . . . your co-workers, family, and non-Toastmasters friends. Don’t forget about other Toastmasters that may benefit from joining another club!
As you build the membership numbers in your club, you will gain new ideas and insights, make new friends and spread the benefits you have learned with others.
