Area Governor Amelinda Salas was on hand to greet 11 members and five guests at the Cooke County Area Toasters’ Open House on Tuesday, May 27. Afterward she wrote “It was a very well-planned Open House meeting and I’m proud of the CCAT club for the coordinating that took place to create that meeting.”

Guest speaker Thomas Torlincasi, a visiting Toastmaster from Fort Worth, inspired everyone with his speech, “A Perfect Day.” He explained how we can analyze the factors that make for a perfect day, and then motivate ourselves to incorporate those factors into every day.
